AerialBodies Pilates

Aerialbodies is a fully equipped Pilates and Yoga studio that features Tower-Reformers, Chairs and Cadillac with small equipment props, AerialYoga slings, a Massage Table and a Vibration Plate.

With 30 years of experience in different sport venues and medical clinics, we integrate Physical Therapy and corrective exercise for all ages, conditions and disabilities; post surgeries and postural imbalances that cause our body to lose strength, balance and flexibility.

We help people regain their level of fitness by using manual movement therapies with Pilates, NeuroPilates, Red Cord Suspension and Aerial Yoga (anti-gravity), also combine manual therapy, massage and mobility as needed for pain or sport conditioning.

We emphasize in teaching personal sessions and semi-private sessions of small groups to give our clients the attention and care they need and pride ourself in attention to detail and accuracy as we are not a chain studio. We keep up with the latest research and advanced education therefore customize our programs for best results and precise correction. We are thorough and passionate about our work.

Our team of highly trained Medical Massage Therapists offers a variety of modalities to address dysfunction, soft tissue pain reduction and sport specific needs such as: Neurokinetic Therapy, Graston Technique, Myofascial and Scar Tissue Release, MAT, Lymphatic Drainage and contouring Lipossage, Craniosacral Therapy, Trigger Point Deep Tissue, Cupping Guasha, kinesio taping.
