Trenecitos is the most convenient way to track trains in real time, save your trips, and have all the important information at your fingertips.

Search by route or train number, add trips by scanning your tickets, check for delays, tracks, schedules, map locations, notifications, Live Activity, and Dynamic Island. All in one simple, private app—no account required.

Compatible with Renfe trains and, when data is available from ADIF, also with Iryo and Ouigo.

REAL-TIME TRACKING

Check your train’s status at any time: actual arrival time, departure or arrival track, final destination, delays, and location on the map.

Trenecitos combines information from ADIF and Renfe to display the most reliable data available. If one source doesn’t reflect a change, has incomplete information, or doesn’t match the other, the app uses the most up-to-date data and explains it clearly.

ADD TRIPS BY SCANNING TICKETS

Quickly save your trips by scanning your ticket with the camera, importing a PDF, or selecting a screenshot from Photos.

You can also search manually by route or train number, and complete each trip with seat number, car number, and ticket price.

SAVED TRIPS AND TRACED TRIPS

Save your own trips to always have them on hand and receive real-time information.

You can also track other people’s trips without adding them to your stats—perfect for picking someone up at the station, accompanying a ride-share, or keeping an eye on a train that isn’t yours.

YOUR TRIP STATISTICS

Get a snapshot of your year on the train with a redesigned statistics section: most-visited stations, most-traveled routes, on-time performance, train types, most-used rolling stock, and other data to help you better understand your travel habits.

TRAIN INFORMATION

View additional information in the trip details, including the train car operating the route when available—typically a few minutes before departure.

SHARE TRAINS

Share any train with a visual card that includes the train number, route, and schedules.

The links work directly in WhatsApp, Telegram, iMessage, and other messaging apps. The recipient can open the trip in Trenecitos and choose whether to follow it or add it to their own trips.

LIVE ACTIVITY AND DYNAMIC ISLAND

Track your train from the lock screen or Dynamic Island.

Check the trip’s progress, estimated time of arrival, tracks, and train status without opening the app.

ARRIVAL ALARM

Set an alert to wake you up before your stop. Trenecitos adjusts it even if the train arrives early or has a long delay. Available on iOS 26 or later.

CUSTOMIZABLE NOTIFICATIONS

Choose which alerts you want to receive from the new settings section: published route, delays, arrival at destination, and other important trip changes.

REAL-TIME MAP

View active trains on the map, filter by service type, and add any train to your list without leaving the screen.

Trains are color-coded by type—such as AVE, Alvia, or Avlo—so you can recognize them at a glance.

SYNCHRONIZATION WITH iCLOUD

Your trips are automatically synced between your iPhone and iPad using iCloud.
