THERE IS A FINISH LINE Relffits tracks five stages of calibration, from your first guesses to the point where you no longer need it. Every criterion is published up front and computed on your device from your own guesses, so the bar cannot move. When you get there, the app says so plainly and gets out of the way.

FULLNESS FORECASTS Predict how long a meal will hold you, then tell Relffits what actually happened. Your prediction gets scored, and forecasts tune themselves to you, so you learn which foods genuinely hold you rather than guessing from a number.

A COACH THAT LEARNS YOU Analyses can factor in a summary of how you actually eat: your usual meals, your typical portions, your guessing accuracy. Say "my usual yogurt bowl" and it resolves to yours, not a generic one. You can see everything it knows and switch it off anytime.

FULL SCAN Photograph up to three angles of your plate, since a single photo hides depth and portions are the hardest thing to estimate. When something is still unclear, the app asks in everyday terms: about the size of your fist, or closer to two?

AI analysis is powered by Google Gemini. Meal descriptions, photos, and, when Personalized Coaching is on, a short summary of your eating patterns are processed by Google for nutritional analysis.
