Ever had a day end and you're tired, but you can't say what you actually did?

That's the one question WiseToDo is built around: where did your time go?

Say it once, and it's written down

"Physical tomorrow morning, three o'clock with the client to go over the proposal, and I want to get a run in."

That's it. It splits that into three things and tags each one with the kind of time it takes. No typing, no picking a category, no filling in a duration. If something's off, say "make the run an hour" and it's fixed.

The shape of today

The crystal on the home screen is your day.

Five directions — staying alive, keeping alive, earning, looking good, having fun — each carrying two numbers: what you did, and what you'd planned. The shape grows out of the ratio between them. Round or lopsided, you can see it at a glance.

It isn't a completion rate and it isn't a streak. It's a shape. A real day has dents in it.

Three months of your life, in colour

In the drawer there's a grid. One square is a day, one column is a week, and the colour is where that day's hours mostly went — the same palette as the crystal.

Stretched across three months, you start seeing things you'd never noticed: how every weekday is the same colour, say. Or when "having fun" last showed up.

It's not another chart. It's the same thing at a different scale.

What you said gets written up

A stretch of talking becomes a journal entry: one line of summary, a few key points, how long it took, which kind of time it counted as, whether you hit flow.

Your own words are kept alongside it. Months later, "that thing with the renovation" is one sentence away.

About reminders

Anything with a time on it gets pushed into the Reminders app on your iPhone, and the system reminds you — so there isn't a second set of notifications, and nothing goes off twice.

About the subscription

Recording, the time ledger, journals, the three-month grid — all free.

Talking to the AI uses credits, and every period comes with a free allowance. When it runs out you can move up to Pro or Max for more turns, or do nothing and let the period reset — the app tells you how many days are left.

We charge for AI turns, not for locking features away.

About your data

For the AI to understand what you said, your voice and text are sent to ByteDance (Volcano Engine) for recognition and understanding.

You're asked about this plainly the first time you open the app, and you can say no. If you do, the AI features switch off and everything else works as usual. You can turn it on later under Settings → About → Privacy & Data.

Your tasks, journals and notes live in your own iCloud.

Write your day down first

Pick a few of your own apps: on a new day they stay locked until you've said a piece in WiseToDo. It uses Apple's Screen Time API to cover them. We can't see which apps you chose, and it's free.

Subscription details

Pro: auto-renewing subscription, 500 AI conversation credits a month. Max: auto-renewing subscription, 1,500 AI conversation credits a month. Prices shown in the app are the ones that apply in your region.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, and renews automatically within 24 hours before the end of the current period unless auto-renew is turned off beforehand. You can manage or cancel anytime under Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions on your iPhone.
