Features & Capabilities

CharterFlow is the app for sailing charter skippers — everything you need for a smooth voyage, works offline even without internet at sea.

EXPENSES & SETTLEMENT Track all trip expenses with amount, payer, and category. Split costs flexibly — equally, by custom amounts, or with skipper exclusion. At the end of the trip, instantly see who owes whom and mark settlements as paid. Foreign currencies with manual exchange rates are supported.

LOGBOOK Keep a digital logbook with daily entries, highlights, and per-leg weather records. Photos attach directly to entries. All entries are available offline.

CHECKLISTS Pre-built checklists for boat pickup, boat return, provisioning, and daily safety briefings. Tap an item to mark it done. Attach damage documentation photos directly to any item.

CREW MANAGEMENT Add crew members, designate the skipper, store contact details. Crew is the basis for all expense splits and settlements.

LEGS Record every sailing leg with departure/arrival port, date, and nautical miles. Total miles calculate automatically — useful as documentation for sailing CV and seamanship proof.

OFFLINE-FIRST All data is stored locally and automatically syncs to the cloud when connected. The app works at sea without internet access.

CharterFlow is the first release — exports (PDF trip reports, seamanship proof documents) are coming in a future update.
