Signalist helps you track any numeric habit or check-in—fast—and optionally uncover patterns with AI.
Build a simple personal “data diary” with quick number logs (not just mood), then turn it into insights like:

• “What seems to improve my sleep?”
• “Which habits line up with better mood?”
• “Which trackers don’t matter much?”

CREATE YOUR OWN TRACKERS
Make trackers for anything you want to measure, for example:

• Mood (1–10), Hours slept (0–12), Meals (0–5), Birds seen (0–50)
• Stress, energy, focus, workouts, caffeine, symptoms, hydration, and more

Each tracker can be customized with:

• Name
• Number range (min/max + step)
• Logging cadence (hourly, daily, etc.)
• Optional unit, icon, and color

LOG IN 1–2 TAPS
Trackers appear as clean cards with a large control. Tap, set a value, and it’s saved instantly.

CLEAN DATA BY DESIGN
Signalist keeps your logs analysis-friendly:

• Daily trackers store one value per day
• Logging again the same day overwrites the previous entry
• Hourly trackers work the same way: one value per time window
