HWC VoIP

HWC VoIP is a private business softphone app for authorized HWC VoIP customers and their employees.

The app allows users to securely sign in with their assigned business phone account and use their company extension from an iPhone. Users can place and receive calls, view recent calls, access voicemail, monitor BLF/presence, and use SMS features when enabled by their organization.

HWC VoIP is intended for business customers who already use the HWC VoIP hosted PBX service. Accounts and extensions are created by the customer’s administrator through the HWC VoIP web console. The app does not offer public account registration, in-app purchases, subscriptions, or consumer social features.
