ADMINISTER VACCINES ACCURATELY Walk through a guided multi-step workflow: find the patient, build a basket by scanning each vaccine, verify VFC eligibility match, enter provider details, and confirm. All vaccines in a basket are administered in one tap. Inventory decrements automatically and a full audit trail is created.

STAY AHEAD OF STOCK ALERTS The home dashboard shows at a glance which vaccines are critically low, low stock, or expiring soon — color-coded by severity. Push notifications alert your team on a schedule you control (daily, weekly, or off), so nothing slips through between app sessions.

PATIENT & VACCINATION HISTORY Search patients by name or Medical Record Number (MRN). View demographics, payor type, VFC eligibility, and a complete chronological vaccination history — provider name, vaccine administered, lot number, and date given.

ROLE-BASED ACCESS FOR YOUR TEAM Assign roles to every team member: Super Admin, Admin, Nurse, or Viewer. Admins can edit stock quantities, void incorrect administrations (with reason and full audit trail), and manage organization settings. Nurses handle daily administration workflows. Viewers have read-only access.
