MRE CashBook is a secure, offline-first ledger for your personal money and your small business. No account is needed, there are no ads, and your records stay on your device unless you choose to back them up.

3 BOOK TYPES • Standard: cash in, cash out, and a balance that updates as you type. • Debts: who owes you and who you owe, tracked per contact. • Products: stock, packaging units, and prices that carry straight into a sale.

ENTRIES THAT FIT HOW YOU WORK • Build the fields each book actually needs: text, numbers, dates, contacts, product lines, files. • The amount field has a calculator with brackets. Every calculation you finish is kept in a list you can label, reuse, and drop into the entry note. • Record a voice note straight into an entry and play it back with a waveform. • Photos, PDFs and videos attach to an entry and show a real thumbnail. • Copy an entry, or a whole selection, into another book. Fields and product lines are matched at the destination, and you decide whether the payment history travels with it. • Tick several entries and a bar keeps the running in, out and net.

DEBTS, PAYMENTS AND SETTLEMENT • Settle a contact's balance across several entries in one go, with a summary of which entries the money covers before you confirm. • Paid more than the entry needed? Send the surplus to another entry, or record it as a refund. • Filter by settled, partly paid or unpaid. • Link an entry to a contact and send that contact an update.

RECURRING ENTRIES Set an entry to repeat daily, weekly, monthly or yearly. The app posts it on time and tells you. One screen in Settings lists every schedule with its next date, so nothing runs that you cannot find, pause or cancel.

REPORTS AND SHARING • PDF reports and receipts with full Arabic reshaping and BIDI support. Pick the columns, and see how many entries the report covers before you export it. • Share a selection as a PDF table, or as a totals card image with the details sent alongside as text.

THE AI ASSISTANT, IF YOU WANT IT • Ask about your books in plain language, typed or spoken. • Photograph a receipt, or several in one message, and let it become entries. • Add your own API key and the assistant runs on your own account with no daily cap. Any standard-compatible endpoint works.

FINDING THINGS • Search amounts, notes, and the values inside your custom fields. • Filters keep their search box pinned, which matters on a field with hundreds of values. • A dashboard with a donut chart you can tap into, a KPI grid, and insight cards that open the detail behind them.

PRIVACY AND BACKUP • Face ID / Touch ID lock, and a privacy toggle that hides every balance at a glance. • Encrypted local backups, per-book backup, and optional sync to your own Google Drive. • Deleted items wait in the trash instead of disappearing. • Every book and entry keeps an activity log: what changed, when, and what it changed from.

DETAILS THAT MATTER • iPhone and iPad, with a side rail on iPad and swipe between tabs. • 9 languages, light and dark, and right-to-left throughout. • Choose a notification tone, and switch off the short in-app sounds if you would rather work in silence. • Guided walkthroughs on the screens where they help.

ABOUT THE AI ASSISTANT The AI Assistant is optional. When you use it, only the text, image or audio you send in that request is transmitted to the AI provider so it can reply. Your ledger is not uploaded.
