INVENTORY & REMNANTS • Browse and search inventory items with filters by zone, space, and status (available, reserved, sold, consumed). • Create and edit inventory items and remnants with product details, measurements, pricing, and photos. • Scan or search by product ID and QR codes for quick lookup. • View zone-based site plans: tap a zone on the map to see inventory and remnants in that area. • Add or subtract units, convert inventory to remnants, and track movements with reasons.

ATTENDANCE • Mark clock-in and clock-out with optional lunch break. • GPS location capture for attendance records. • Optional photo and excuse notes for justified absences. • Request formal permissions (half-day or by hours) directly from the app.

DASHBOARD & REPORTS • Dashboard with quick access to key actions and zone map widget. • Sales and daily summaries (when enabled for your role). • Switch branch/site from the app when you have access to multiple locations.

SECURITY & EXPERIENCE • Sign in with email and password; optional biometric login (Face ID or Touch ID) for faster access. • Role-based permissions: only the screens and actions you’re allowed to see are shown. • Notifications support for important updates. • Works on iPhone and iPad; optimized layout for larger screens. • English and Spanish language support.
