U4U is a positive community designed for teen girls ages 11–18 to connect, grow, and support each other. Inside the app, you will join a small group called a House where you meet girls your age and a college mentor who acts like a supportive big sister.

Together you can complete fun challenges, share messages, check in on your mood and sleep, and build habits that help you thrive.

As you participate, you earn points that can be redeemed for rewards such as gift cards, donations to meaningful causes, and opportunities like scholarships or special events.

Join a House Be part of a supportive group of girls in your grade. Celebrate achievements, encourage each other, and grow together.

Make Friends and Connect Chat with girls in your House and connect with your college House Lead for support and encouragement. You can also meet a Sister Match like a pen pal from another area.

Complete Fun Challenges Participate in daily challenges designed to build confidence, positivity, and healthy habits.
