Qevent: Gather Together

Qevent

Qevent Pro

Qevent helps you organize in-person get-togethers with friends.

Pickup games, dinners, outdoor trips, board games, book clubs or workouts: set the time, place and number of spots, share the invite, and let friends sign up event by event. Anyone can join with an event code, a link or a QR code.

See the confirmed roster on the event page, and send a quick preset message like "Running 10 minutes late." When an event has a fee, payment is processed by Stripe and goes directly to the organizer's own Stripe account. Qevent charges a 4% platform fee.

Clubs: put the friends you play with most into one club and host events under the club's name so every member can see them. Past events stay in Memories: who came along, and a note you wrote for yourself.

Qevent Pro adds weekly auto-published events, up to 1,000 spots per event, a shareable poster of the confirmed roster, and a breakdown of payments collected. Each event in a weekly series still requires a new sign-up, and paid events must be paid for each time.

Pro is an auto-renewing subscription purchased through Apple, available monthly or yearly. Prices are shown on the purchase screen. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple subscription settings.
