Top-up credits carry forward even if your plan changes or renews. An active subscription is required to make calls. Plan credits do not carry forward on renewal, but top-up credits do.

SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store Account Settings. Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

TRANSPARENCY & PRIVACY

Every call begins with a mandatory disclosure that the call is AI-assisted and being transcribed. The recipient always knows they are speaking with an AI.

OpenCall is built with privacy and compliance in mind. We do not sell your data, do not track you across apps, and you can delete your account and associated data at any time.
