The app opens with a public start screen where anyone can view Petro Bau services, service areas and contact options without signing in. New users can create an account and use Petro Bau Connect immediately to request an offer or cost estimate, describe a construction or renovation project, upload photos or documents, offer collaboration as a subcontractor, track request status, submit follow-up information and request account deletion directly in the app.

• Request an offer or cost estimate through Petro Bau Connect.
• Describe a construction or renovation project and upload photos or documents.
• Offer collaboration as a subcontractor with trade, service area, availability and reference information.
• Track submitted request status, send follow-up information and request account deletion before internal project access is approved.

PROJECT ACCESS AND DOCUMENTATION

• View assigned projects after Petro Bau verifies the business relationship.
• Store photos, documents and notes directly on approved project workflows.
• Capture defects with photos, priority and responsible users.

TEAM COORDINATION

• Use team chat for fast project communication after project access is approved.
• Share photos, voice messages and documents.
• Receive push notifications for relevant team updates.

TIME AND FORMS

• Clock in and out with location checks where required by the approved workflow.
• Submit time requests and corrections.
• Create and review operational forms for construction-site work.

OFFLINE READY Petro Bau stores operational data locally and synchronizes it when the device is online again. This supports field work on construction sites with unstable network coverage.

SECURITY Internal project data is available only after Petro Bau verifies the business relationship. Petro Bau uses role-based access, organization scoping and encrypted data transfer. Data is used for app functionality and is not used for advertising tracking.
