Health and Workout Tools

Depending on your request, the app can use tools to read data from Apple Health or generate content directly inside the chat. Supported tools include:

• Step count for custom date ranges
• Activity summaries with daily values and totals
• Active energy burned
• User profile insights such as weight, VO2 max, FTP, resting heart rate, and body fat percentage
• Sleep analysis with nightly summaries and sleep stages
• Workout lists and detailed workout samples
• Training load metrics including TRIMP, CTL, ATL, and TSB
• Fitness age calculations
• Workout creation and deletion
• Creating health samples such as weight, FTP, or VO2 max
• Charts and pie charts directly in the chat
• Challenges and activity rings as visual attachments

Available features may vary depending on the selected provider and model, including tool support, advanced responses, and endpoint compatibility.

Important Notice

Many supported models require your own API key from the respective model provider. The app does not include API access by default.
Some providers may offer alternative sign-in or access methods, depending on the provider.
