F.O.R is a companion app for the F.O.R smart ring. The app is intended for general wellness. It lets users view ring data such as sleep, steps, activity, workouts, readiness, and historical wellness trends in one place.

The app syncs with the F.O.R smart ring over Bluetooth and may optionally sync supported wellness and fitness data with Apple Health when permission is granted.

F.O.R does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, disease monitoring, clinical decision support, or emergency health information.
