Log your weight on the custom number pad (or straight from Apple Health) and every checkpoint is marked Hit or Missed, with your progress, pace, and weight-to-go always in view.

APPLE HEALTH, TWO-WAY Connect Apple Health and your weigh-ins flow both ways — today's weight from your smart scale appears automatically, your history backfills new goals, and everything you log is written back to Health. Always on your terms: nothing syncs without your permission.

ADAPTIVE TARGETS Bad week? Optional adaptive mode recalculates your upcoming targets from your latest weigh-in, so you always have an achievable path to the same end date.
