Class Descriptions

HOT YOGA The original Hot Yoga experience. 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises performed in a heated room to 105 degrees with 40% humidity. This 60 or 90 min class is a great way to lose weight quickly while increasing balance, strength and flexibility. Following a proven recipe for healing the body, known for its medical, mental, and physical benefits. This form of yoga has been practiced all over the world and is popular with yogis, athletes and everyday people alike, everyone can do it!

INFERNO HOT PILATES A high-Intensity, low-impact workout blending Pilates and HIIT in a 95 degree heated room. This 45 or 60 min class uses bodyweight exercises to build strength, sculpt lean muscle, torch 500-800+ calories and boost endurance. Fast-paced, music driven with Tabata intervals, planks and core focused moves. All levels welcome with modifications for each pose. Expect to sweat, detox and leave stronger and energized!

POWERFLOW Ignite your practice with Powerflow- a dynamic, athletic Vinyasa flow that builds strength, heat and focus. Set to an energizing playlist, this all levels class links breath with continuous movement through sun salutations, warrior sequences, balances and deep stretches. Expect creative transitions, optional arm balancing, inversions, and invigorating core work. Perfect if you crave a challenging and fun yoga experience that will leave you glowing from the inside out, bring a friend and find your flow !

BUTI YOGA Connect to your inner warrior with BUTI Yoga! This high-energy fusion of power yoga, tribal dance, and plyometric bursts will make you sweat, shake, and smile. Release what no longer serves you as you spiral, stomp, and flow to heart-pounding beats. Expect deep core activation, primal movement, and total liberation in every class. Come ready to move, groove, and transform—no perfect poses required, just fierce vibes and wild joy. Your inner warrior is calling.

DEEP STRETCH & MEDITATION (Yin) Unwind and expand in Deep Stretch & Meditation YIN based yoga class. In this low-heat class, you can sink into long-held restorative poses while soothing music and gentle guidance melt tension from every muscle. Breathe deeply, quiet the mind, and let mindfulness carry you toward profound flexibility and inner calm. This slow, delicious practice is pure permission to release, restore, and reconnect with stillness. Leave lighter, longer, and beautifully at peace.
