In my younger years I designed my own workout plan and it was haphazard but it worked. As I’m older it has become more important to have a structured routine that ensures I’m working stabilizing muscles as much as primary muscles. It is important to have consistency and workouts need to be comprehensive as well. This app does all of that. It builds the workout routine based on your goals and parameters and it is super easy to follow. I’m actually shocked at how well it works. If you haven’t tried using an app for your workouts, consider using this one. It is amazing!
