How It Works
Guests receive an NFC card at your event. Staff top up the card with credit using cash, card payment, or Payconiq. When guests buy food, drinks, or merchandise, a simple tap deducts the amount — fast, reliable, and completely cashless.
At the end of the event, guests return their card and receive any remaining balance plus their deposit back in cash.
For Event Staff
• Top Up — Load credit onto NFC cards via cash, Stripe card reader, Tap to Pay on iPhone, or Payconiq QR code.
• Sell — Browse your product catalog, build a cart, and check out with a single NFC tap. Cash, card, and QR payments are also supported for guests without a card.
• Split Payment — Split a purchase across multiple NFC cards when a group wants to share the bill.
• Card Info — Scan any card to check the balance, view the transaction history, or process a return.
• Printing — Automatically print receipts via cloud printers.
• Multi-Event — Switch between events and organizations on the fly.
For Guests — No App Login Required
Guests can scan their own NFC card using the LetzTap Client Mode — no login needed. They see their balance, recent transactions, and can top up their card directly from their phone using credit card. No waiting in line at the top-up station.

Getting Started
Your organization admin sets up events, products, and staff in the LetzTap dashboard.
Staff log in on their iPhones and select the active event.
Hand out NFC cards to guests, top them up, and start selling.
That's it. No complex hardware setup, no training manuals, no proprietary equipment. Just iPhones and NFC cards.
