Features & Capabilities

I built this app for myself because I was tired of "productivity" apps that felt like more work than the work itself. I didn't need a complex project manager with endless sub-tasks and tag systems. I just needed to know what to do first. Eat the Frog is a minimalist daily planner built on two legendary productivity principles: the Ivy Lee Method and Brian Tracy’s "Eat That Frog" philosophy. The Rule is Simple: Every morning (or the night before), you define 6 tasks.

  1. Task #1 is your Frog. The hardest, most important thing you’re avoiding.
  2. Tasks #2–6 are your supporting goals.

You do not move on until the Frog is eaten. Once it’s done, the rest of the day feels like a downhill coast.

Why this app? •Focused Planning: You only get 6 slots. It forces you to choose what actually matters. •Premium Dark UI: Built with a slick charcoal and yellow aesthetic that looks professional and stays out of your way. •Smart Reminders: Set individual notifications for every task to keep your day on track. •Consistency Tracking: Track your progress with a streak system that runs Thursday to Wednesday. •Privacy First: No accounts. No cloud syncing. Your data never leaves your device. I use this every single morning to stay sane and productive. If you’re overwhelmed by a never-ending to-do list, maybe it’s time you just started eating your frogs.
