Here’s how it works: Share your story, your current beliefs, and what you want to create. SP Love Lock uses this input to generate a personalized set of affirmations and visualization scenes designed to help you shift your thinking and focus.

At your scheduled times, SP Love Lock temporarily locks the distracting apps you’ve selected. To unlock them, you complete your affirmation or visualization session — helping you stay consistent with the practices that matter.
