User Reviews

User reviews praise the app’s real-time AI transcription and clean UI, but repeatedly criticize its live-feed claims, heavy paywalls, and use of LiveATC audio with questionable licensing and misleading ads. Transcripts can be inaccurate or delayed.
Pros
  • Real-time AI transcription makes ATC conversations understandable and is widely praised as the app's best part.
  • Clean, uncluttered UI with fast airport lookup (found my airport in seconds).
  • Transcription-based features are highlighted as a key differentiator, offering real-time text for easier follow-along.
Cons
  • Not truly live: users report outdated transmissions and mismatches with advertised live feed.
  • Aggressive paid subscription model with sign-up loops, high costs (e.g., six dollars per week or $75) and difficulty canceling.
  • Rips LiveATC audio without clear licensing and is paired with advertising that users find misleading.
  • Transcripts can be inaccurate or delayed and may not match the audio or map data.

No way to test drive this - seems to be a bunch of simulated recordings that they try to pass off a real-time - ads are misleading

Air traffic isn't real, flight numbers etc are fake. The air traffic they claim doesn't even show up on the actual radar. I'm at LAX not a single plane supposedly coming out on the app is taxing, landing or taking off
