How to use KeepInTouch:

• Open the app and add a friend or family member's contact info.
• Set a frequency timer for how often you want to reach out to them.
• Watch their profile picture—if it starts to blur, it is time to send a message!

How to add the KeepInTouch Widget: To get the most out of the app, add our widget directly to your Home Screen to see who needs to be contacted most urgently.

• Long-press any space on your Home Screen until the apps jiggle.
• Tap the + button in the top corner.
• Search for KeepInTouch, select your widget size, and tap Add Widget!
