TapOR

TapOR is a procedure logging app for medical training and clinical teams. Residents, fellows, nurses, and medical students can quickly document procedures as they happen, track experience over time, and keep records organized for review, credentialing, and program requirements.

Built for fast clinical workflows, TapOR helps users capture key procedure details, monitor progress across roles and settings, generate reports, and maintain an organized logbook.

This version adds Program Sharing (beta), allowing residents and fellows to share aggregate procedure totals with a program director through iCloud. Program directors can review procedure counts without seeing individual log details, notes, dates, CPT codes, role, or supervision information.
