Create a Recycling Request After signing in with Apple or Google, complete your profile and choose either residential or commercial user status to display the appropriate recycling categories. Browse through multiple categories, including mobile phones, home appliances, circuit boards, hardware and electronic components, and more. Add items to your recycling cart, then complete the form step by step. When needed, you can upload photos and provide the condition and other details of the items.

Door-to-Door Collection You can save and manage collection addresses, then schedule a preferred date and time slot for pickup. Our staff will come to your location to complete the collection, saving you the trouble of delivering items to a drop-off point yourself.

Track Request Progress View your past requests in the history section, and open order details to check the status and submitted information. If you need assistance, you can contact the team through the in-app chat linked to the order.
