Attachment Insight helps you understand how you relate to partners, friends, and the people you care about, using a research-based questionnaire grounded in attachment science, not a gimmicky quiz. Unlike most attachment questionnaires, this app asks about your general patterns across close relationships, not just one romantic partner, giving you a broader and more accurate picture of how you relate to the people you care about. The questionnaire measures two key dimensions of adult attachment: Attachment anxiety: how much you worry about rejection or abandonment Attachment avoidance: how comfortable you feel with closeness and depending on others You'll answer 45 statements about how you typically feel in close relationships. At the end you'll receive a two-dimensional map showing exactly where your scores sit, a label for your attachment pattern (secure, anxious, dismissive avoidant, or fearful avoidant), and concise notes on common thoughts, feelings, and behaviours associated with your pattern.
