Need more ways to get credits

I started to make a character but once I get to the part to generate the portrait it says something went wrong and the I’m unable to continue. I tried restarting, redownload, continuing on with out making the portrait. Nothing has worked. I hoped it’s a fixable issue because I would like to try this game. Please look into this.
