SMART PAYMENT SPLITTING

Choose fixed pricing or cost-split mode. With cost-split, the total venue cost is divided between players automatically. The more people who join, the cheaper it gets for everyone.

FAIR CANCELLATION POLICY

Set a cancellation cutoff (e.g. 24 hours before). Players who cancel early get a full refund. Late cancellers still pay their share — so the group isn't left covering the cost.

AUTOMATIC WAITLISTS

Session full? Players can join the waitlist. When a spot opens, the next person gets a time-limited offer to claim it — complete with automatic payment handling.

GROUPS & REGULARS

Create groups of players you organise for regularly. Mark members as regulars to automatically reserve them a spot whenever you invite the group to a session — with a configurable acceptance window. Non-regulars get a tap-to-claim invite on a first-come, first-served basis. You can also invite any player directly to a session by their @handle.
