iPlan is a planner with the feeling of paper.
You can record tasks, make plans, and write notes on your calendar. Like using a paper journal, you can customize the background paper, colors, and patterns. Dot grids, square grids, lines, and other paper styles make every entry feel closer to writing on real paper.
Plan Like You Would on Paper
iPlan offers multiple paper backgrounds and visual styles. You can choose colors and patterns for your calendar, and display plan bars in either a solid color or a washi tape style. Phased plans sit on the calendar like colorful tape in a journal: clear, beautiful, and easy to read.
Small notes appear on the calendar like sticky notes. Inspirations, reminders, thoughts, and quick notes can all belong naturally to a specific day. When you look back, you can see where your plans and thoughts landed in time.
Arrange Phased Plans on the Calendar
Often, we do not only want to plan what happens on a single day. We want to plan what to focus on over a period of time.
iPlan lets you create phased plans directly on the calendar. Swipe left or right with your finger to quickly mark a date range and turn it into a clear planning period. This gives you a full-month view of your current focus, helps you see which days belong to the same theme, and makes it easier to stay on track.
Connect Plans with Task Lists
Phased plans can be linked to task lists.
When a plan is tied to a specific theme, you can keep all related tasks in the same list. Exam preparation, a project, or a trip: everything related can be managed together. Unrelated ideas and quick tasks can go into the Inbox first, so they do not interrupt your current focus.
Capture Scattered Thoughts with Notes
Small notes are a lightweight way to record thoughts.
They are useful for sudden ideas, daily reflections, quick reminders, or anything that does not belong in a task list. They appear like sticky notes on the calendar, so your thoughts are not only saved, but also connected to a specific date.
Day View, Focused on Today
In Day View, you can see both today's schedule and the tasks you need to handle.
On the left, you can create time plans down to the hour and minute, helping you arrange your day. On the right, iPlan collects the tasks to focus on today, including tasks scheduled for today and tasks from the list linked to the current phased plan.
This helps you see not only what is planned for today, but also which phased plan this day belongs to and what matters most right now.
iPlan will continue to grow around the idea of a journal-style planner. We want to combine the texture of paper with the efficiency of digital planning, helping you arrange time, organize tasks, and record life more naturally.
