i booked @chefsaucyjay for my baby shower and stressed while making the order I wanted chicharron de pollo for my party and was craving this while pregnant so i ordered 2 dishes of this. i paid $290 for the 2 dishes and almost $900 overall for the entire catering service for a party of 80 which he said should feed 200. i told him he can arrive 2 hours before to set up, he showed up an hour late when the party was only a few hours, did not disclose that he did not finish cooking the chicharron de pollo and showed up with a incomplete / different chicken which i did not order and did not notice until the trays were open late in the party and people were already being served. i have pictures as well. instead of taking accountability and being honest up front that he underestimated the time needed to cook the order, removing the dishes off the bill before coming for not cooking it in time, then showing up with a different order not disclosing this up front or providing a new dish of actual chicharron de pollo when confronted about the error, he cursed out the customer right before birth for asking for a solution, never delivered an actual chicharron de pollo and or a refund and made excuses for family issues while simultaneously posting on his social page going out to drink and partying. additionally, the portions for the entire order were also did not feed 200 as mentioned and were small for the overall order when i typically book elsewhere for catering for the same price always have leftovers. people coming late in the party were not able to eat and all that was leftover was the undercooked chicharron de pollo that i never ordered. do not book his service. unprofessional. no accountability. no solutions or a refund made. a friend had told me if i just paid for the ingredients myself she would have made all the dishes for me for free and i should have just done that instead of trying to support this new business for a very important day for me and not getting what i asked for. do not order catering services.

Great app for great food. Everything finger licking pause. Definitely a go to for the munchies. Thank you jayy
