When starting feels difficult, MindEntry helps you find the next step and keep moving.
MindEntry is a Mental Step Runner for stuck minds.
When a thought appears — overthinking, procrastination, replay loops, waiting, unfinished tasks, mental overload, or restless attention — MindEntry helps you find the next step and keep moving.
MindEntry can route thoughts into the right MINDBEBOP tool:
Looping thought → MindFlipOut
Unfinished task → MindShoutOut
Mental overload → MindZoneOut
Role pressure → MindBackOut
Restless attention → MindBackyard
Some moments need a single tool.
Others need a structured sequence.
MindEntry Recipes and CogniHacks guide you through mental reset flows one step at a time.
Stateful Recipes
Some recipes are Stateful Recipes.
Instead of requiring every detail in advance, Stateful Recipes can ask what matters right now while the sequence is running.
A recipe might ask:
"What are you avoiding right now?"
or
"What is the smallest visible action you can take right now?"
Your answer becomes part of the active sequence.
You provide the current situation.
MindEntry holds the structure.
This allows the same recipe to adapt to different moments without becoming a different recipe.
Hallway Mode
Recipes can run in Standard Mode or Hallway Mode.
Standard Mode presents steps directly.
Hallway Mode places a quiet space between steps.
Move forward.
Find the next door.
Open it.
Continue.
The recipe stays the same.
Only the way you move through it changes.
One step at a time
Recipes and CogniHacks can open MINDBEBOP tools or guide real-world actions:
• Walk outside
• Wash one dish
• Stretch
• Make coffee
• Put your phone away
• Start the first paragraph
Each step appears one at a time.
Read it.
Do it.
Tap Next.
Bundled CogniHacks
MindEntry includes bundled starter CogniHacks such as The First Move, which helps turn task paralysis into a visible first step.
The First Move is also used throughout the MINDBEBOP ecosystem.
Returned thoughts from MindShoutOut can be sent directly into The First Move.
Compatible recipes can be protected with MindBackOut, keeping selected apps locked until the recipe is completed.
Send to Recipe
Entries from MindFlipOut, MindShoutOut, and MindZoneOut can be sent directly into compatible recipes.
Thoughts can move naturally from capture, reflection, or storage into a structured sequence when needed.
Sharing and Scheduling
Recipes can be shared instantly using QR cards, compact MER1 codes, Messages, Mail, or Copy.
Recipes can also be scheduled or triggered by notifications so they begin exactly when needed.
MindBlank and MindPreCog
MindBlank reflects how long your mind stayed quiet after using MINDBEBOP.
Blank Map provides a simple visual representation of MindBlank time.
MindPreCog provides gentle prompts before mental friction builds, including morning, bedtime, weekly, event-based, and returned-thought prompts.
Built for calm
MindEntry does not analyze, judge, score, or interpret your thoughts.
It simply helps thoughts move, settle, or become the next step so they do not keep running in the background.
Everything runs locally on your device.
No accounts.
No tracking.
No analytics.
MINDBEBOP apps are lightweight tools designed to reduce background thought activity so attention becomes usable again.

• Favorites, folders, and tags
