Every week you get 8 challenges. Anything from asking for a discount at a store, to giving a stranger a compliment.

You need to complete 5 to beat your week.

Each time you complete a challenge, and record yourself doing it (might feel outside your comfort zone but that's the point), you're entered into a weekly prize pool.

Every Sunday at midnight, someone wins the pot, & you can watch the weeks videos on your feed.

Complete 100 challenges and what used to scare you won't phase you anymore.
