This is the system envisioned by coaches who spent years taking attendance on paper, announcing training schedules through WhatsApp groups, and tracking athlete progress in notebooks. It was built by people who understand clubs from the inside, to solve the real problems faced in the field.

Attendance reports, participation rates, and absentee alerts are generated automatically. Monthly reports can be downloaded in Excel and PDF format with a single click. Monitor total athletes, rankings, and performance statistics across the club in real time.

COACH PANEL

Before each training session, open the athlete list and take attendance; participation is recorded within seconds. Athletes who attend earn points, while those who miss lose points and trigger a notification to their parents. Absentee alerts are generated automatically. Assign individual tasks to athletes, enter test results, and track height and weight. All development data is visualized with graphs. Create training schedules and send automatic notifications for upcoming sessions.

PARENT PANEL

Parents are now fully informed about their child’s club activities. Receive instant notifications about attendance, view daily task completion, track earned points and badges, and review test results and body measurement history. Calling the club becomes a thing of the past.

ATHLETE PANEL

Athletes start each day with 4 personal exercise tasks. As they complete tasks, attend training sessions, and achieve goals, they earn points. When they break personal records, they are rewarded with a gold badge. Titles ranging from “Rising Star” to “Legend” keep motivation high. Test results are visualized with graphs, and body measurements are tracked. In the team feed, athletes can see their teammates’ achievements and share their own.
