LinkOrganizer-Bookmark Manager

Save links and organize bookmarks with folders and tags. Open, move, or delete multiple links and replace text in titles or URLs in bulk. Choose from four layouts, customize themes, and sync with iCloud.

With LinkOrganizer, you can:

【Appearance & profiles】

• Choose Dynamic, Magazine, Grid, or List. View large images to recognize links or scan more links in a list.

• Set times to switch folders and themes while using the app: work during the day, hobbies at night.

• Create or duplicate profiles with their own visible folders, name, icon, color, and theme.

• Change backgrounds and accent colors with themes. Resize links and Home folder names. Some dark themes blend image colors into the background.

• Choose folders, tags, markers, and links to show. Adjust the folder count, image and view-count visibility, and haptic feedback.

【Find & use】

• Use the Safari extension to open selected links in multiple tabs for work or comparison.

• Use the in-app browser or assign Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Brave, or another supported browser. External browsers must be installed.

• Replace text in saved titles or URLs from search results, such as example.com with example.net. Update shared wording or domains without editing each link.

• Search titles, URLs, or domains. Filter link lists by tags, markers, or favorites.

• See recently opened links, sort by view count, or open a saved link at random to rediscover older pages.

• Show links from a chosen folder on your iPhone or iPad Home Screen in small, medium, or large widgets.

【Save & organize】

• Move, duplicate, delete, or pin links together. Change browsers, fetch images again, or exclude multiple links from search.

• Save article, video, recipe, or shopping links through apps that share URLs. You can also type or paste a URL.

• Fetch page titles, preview images, and site icons. Switch between images and icons or retry missing data. Availability depends on the site and connection.

• Organize by topic or purpose with nested folders, identified by names, colors, and icons.

• Add multiple tags per link across folders. Use markers such as Important or Read Later, and choose which markers appear and in what order.

• Note key points or why you saved a link. Add frequent links to favorites or pin them near the top.

• Arrange manually or sort by date added, title, view count, last viewed, or domain to prioritize recent or frequent links.

【Protection & data】

• Sync bookmarks, folders, profiles, and settings between iPhone and iPad to use the same data across devices.

• Create password-protected backups, including profiles and settings, and restore your data from them.

• Import HTML or LinkOrganizer-format JSON with a preview. Export bookmarks as HTML or JSON and choose which folders to include.

• Authenticate at launch with Face ID, Touch ID on supported devices, or an app passcode. Set auto-lock after the app enters the background.

• Exclude links from search or recently opened links. Private mode stops new history within LinkOrganizer. Clear in-app history or set how long recent links are kept.

• Lock links and folders against accidental deletion. Enable Trash to restore deleted bookmarks during retention. Choose when they are automatically deleted.
