Sweepr: Photo Cleaner

New: don't delete it. Shrink it. Compressing keeps the photo at full resolution, with the same date, place, and album. Only the file gets lighter.

Your phone is full, and everything on it is a memory. Sweepr gives you two ways out: swipe away what you don't want, and shrink what you want to keep.

SWIPE. KEEP OR DELETE. One photo at a time, full screen. Swipe right to keep, swipe left to delete. Double-tap to undo the card you just swiped. Long-press for the filename, format, size, dimensions, date, and place. The header reads "3 of 128," so you always know how many are left. Videos play right in the card, with a scrubber and a 2x speed button.

OR KEEP IT AND MAKE IT SMALLER This is the second way out of a full phone. A separate deck collects only the photos above a size you set. In that deck, swiping right compresses instead of deleting. Sweepr saves a full-resolution copy with the same date, the same place, and the same album. Only the file gets lighter. The heavy original goes to Recently Deleted. HEIC for the smallest files, JPEG when it has to open everywhere. Three quality levels: Maximum, High, Balanced. Videos too: pick a smaller size and a frame rate: the same as the original, 30 fps, or 24 fps. And if re-encoding would save less than 10 percent, Sweepr tells you the photo is already optimal and leaves it alone.

NOTHING DISAPPEARS BY ACCIDENT Photos you swipe left are queued, not removed. They leave through the iOS confirmation sheet and land in Recently Deleted, where iOS keeps them for 30 days. Undo works on every card before you commit. No fake scan, no "analyzing 12,480 files" screen, no invented number behind a paywall. Sweepr only shows what is really in your library.

GO THROUGH THE WHOLE LIBRARY Photos, Screenshots, and Videos, each with a live count of what is left. By month and by day, with a one-tap Swipe Entire Month. By album: Favorites, Selfies, Portrait, Live Photos, Bursts, Panoramas, Long Exposure, Animated, Recently Added, and your own albums. What you have reviewed stays reviewed. It doesn't come back unless you ask for it.

YOUR PHOTOS STAY YOURS Everything runs on your iPhone. No account, no sign-up, nothing uploaded, no server. Sweepr works offline; the only traffic is iOS fetching your own originals from iCloud.

WATCH THE SPACE COME BACK Reviewed, kept, deleted, space freed, delete rate, and your current streak. Charts by day, week, month, and year. Long-press any bar to see the exact numbers for that period. Compressed items and the space they saved are counted separately.

FREE AND PRO Free: 50 swipes a week and basic statistics. Pro: unlimited swipes, photo and video compression, full statistics, and priority iCloud loading. Lifetime is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.

Sweepr Pro is offered as a weekly, monthly, or annual auto-renewing subscription, or as a one-time Lifetime purchase. The weekly plan starts with a 3-day free trial and the annual plan with a 1-week free trial; unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it turns into a paid subscription at the price shown in the app. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before that period ends. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
