M.I.A Tracker turns your phone into a barcode scanner for your inventory. Point the camera at a product and its stock, its locations and its history are on screen — no typing, no spreadsheet, no walking to the shelf to find out what is left.

Built for small and mid-sized operations: warehouse managers, office administrators, maintenance crews and business owners who are tired of counting stock by hand.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Scan barcodes and QR codes with the camera. EAN, UPC and QR are recognized on the device, so scanning is instant and the images never leave your phone. • Register products with a photo, a description, a supplier and a minimum stock level. • Split a single product across several physical locations and see, per location, exactly how many units are there. • Get low-stock alerts before an item runs out — not when someone reaches for it and it is gone. • Raise restock requests, route them to the right supplier, and approve or decline them from the app. • Generate PDF inventory reports to send, print or file. • Work as a team: everyone in your company shares one inventory, with admin and user roles.

WHY IT IS DIFFERENT

Most small operations track inventory in a spreadsheet that is out of date the moment someone takes a box off a shelf. M.I.A Tracker replaces manual entry with the camera: a stock count that used to take an afternoon takes minutes, and shortages surface on their own instead of being discovered too late.

PERMISSIONS

• Camera — to scan barcodes and QR codes and to photograph products. Recognition runs entirely on the device. • Photo library — only when you attach an existing image to a product.

Each permission is requested the first time you use the feature, and can be denied; only that feature stops working.

YOUR DATA

Your inventory lives in your company's own workspace. There is no advertising, no third-party analytics and no cross-app tracking. You can delete your account and everything in it at any time from the side menu inside the app.
