Diby is a coaching app for solo fitness coaches and the people they train.

Coaches get a workspace to run the whole practice. Athletes get a clean place to train. Both live in the same app — switch between them from the workspace picker.

FOR COACHES

• Clients — your full roster in one list. Open anyone to see goals, body-metric history, check-ins, injuries and notes. • Calendar — 1:1 sessions, group classes, assessments and your own planning blocks. Invite clients individually or by group and see who accepted. • Library — build workouts from an exercise library, organise them into programs and phases, and reuse them across your roster. • Sessions — assign the work, then follow it set by set. Prescribed vs actual on every set, with RPE and per-set feedback. • Groups — bundle clients into training groups and schedule them together. • Messages — one thread per client, with unread counts so nothing slips.

FOR ATHLETES

• Your week at a glance: what's assigned, what's due, what you've finished. • A workout player built for the gym floor — big targets, quick logging, no hunting for the next set. • Track weight, body fat, measurements and progress notes over time. • Keep your own exercises and workouts alongside anything your coach assigns.
