DepotDash is a bottle depot pickup service for Edmonton and surrounding areas. We send a driver to your home to collect your bottles and cans, count them at our depot, and deposit your refund directly into your account via Interac e-Transfer. Pickups are free when your refund is over $10. BOOKING A PICKUP Schedule a pickup right from the app. Choose your preferred date, time of day (morning, afternoon, or evening), and how many bags you have (up to 15 per pickup). Tell us where to find them — front door, back door, backyard, or a custom location — and add any special instructions for the driver. WALLET & PAYOUTS Your refund goes straight into your DepotDash wallet after your containers are counted. View your available balance and pending payouts at any time. When you're ready, request a payout via Interac e-Transfer — the money goes directly to your bank. Full payout history is available in the app so you can track every deposit. PICKUP TRACKING & HISTORY Follow your pickup from the moment it's booked through to payout. Each pickup shows its current status — confirmed, collected, counted, and paid out. Your full pickup history lives in one place with container counts, booking codes, bag totals, and earnings for every pickup you've ever made. ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT DASHBOARD Every pickup calculates your real environmental impact. The app tracks total containers recycled, kilograms of CO2 prevented, kilograms of waste kept from landfill, litres of water saved, and your tree-equivalent CO2 offset. It also converts your impact into relatable comparisons like kilometres of driving emissions offset and showers worth of water saved. DONATE TO CHARITY Choose to donate part or all of your refund to a local charity directly through the app. You can also set up auto-donate to automatically give a percentage of every future pickup to a cause you care about. RECURRING PICKUPS Set up a recurring schedule so a driver comes on a regular basis. Your empties get picked up automatically without you having to book each time.
