Vollyze helps coaches, team managers and analysts record matches, review performance and plan practice on iPhone and iPad.

RECORD YOUR FORMAT • 6-player: Rotations, starting lineups, substitutions, liberos and free-position settings. • 9-player: Service order, first and second serves, and court layouts. Separate positions from roles and use custom team terminology. • Beach: Two-player recording, service order, court switches, and individual and pair statistics.

MATCH RECORDING • Tap to record points won or lost, with optional outcomes and player details. • Choose score-only, Standard or Analyst mode. • Manage timeouts and sets. • Use the back button to save and pause, finish recording or continue. • Resume paused matches from their saved state.

ANALYST MODE — Staff / Team • Record serves, receptions, sets, attacks and blocks in play order. • Tap on-screen buttons to select players, ratings and results. • Record court positions and ball trajectories. • Review player, setting distribution, attack and reception statistics.

ASSISTANT INPUT — Staff / Team • Record player notes, reception ratings and attack trajectories. • Once assigned, switch between match recording and assistant inputs in one tap. • Split input across devices while the main recorder controls the score. • Enter details first, then choose the rally to save them to. • See the trajectory between its start and landing point. • Edit saved entries from history.

OPPONENT SCOUTING — Staff / Team • Build observation records for each opponent. • Track players, serves, receptions, setting distribution and attack directions. • Identify targets, key attackers and defensive priorities. • Keep opponent analysis separate from your team's records.

REPORTS AND SHARING • Review scores, side-out rate, break-point rate and rally outcomes. • Review match highlights, improvement themes and supporting evidence. • Export a one-page statistics sheet as an image or PDF. • Preview PDFs before sharing or saving. Available statistics depend on the format and recorded data.

AI EXPLANATIONS — Pro / Staff / Team • Get explanations based on recorded data for all three formats. • Reuse saved explanations on your device when recorded data is unchanged.

PRACTICE AND PROGRESS • Check practice objectives, duration, player numbers, equipment, steps and success criteria. • Save practices, log attendance and notes, and review sessions on a calendar. • Pro, Staff and Team add alternative practice suggestions, player analysis and monthly reports with PDF export. • Filter monthly records by format and beach pair.

TEAM WORKFLOWS — Staff / Team • View live scores and match information on another device. • Share reports and practice plans with staff. • Check sync status; pending records stay on the device for retry.

ROSTERS AND DEVICE LAYOUTS • Manage player names, numbers, positions and roles, with bulk entry and team logos. • Compact iPhone controls and iPad layouts for comparing input and analysis.

PLANS Free: Record up to five matches, review basic findings and access one priority practice suggestion. Pro: Add practice comparisons, player analysis, progress tracking, monthly reports and AI explanations. Staff: Pro features plus Analyst mode, opponent scouting, assistant input and sync for up to 3 accounts, including the subscriber. Team: Staff features with sharing and role management for up to 30 accounts, including the subscriber.

Account limits are separate from roster size. Team features are for coaches and staff age 18+. Basic local recording needs no sign-in. Sync, shared features and AI retrieval require sign-in and internet access. See in-app pricing and subscription terms.
