Whoever designed these workflows seriously missed the mark. The app is unnecessarily slow, frustrating, and packed with pointless steps. Take the towels section as one example: why are there “+” and “–” buttons when users can only select a single towel anyway? Why does returning a towel require so many actions for something that should take seconds? And that’s just one issue. There are plenty more throughout the app. I could list them all, but I’m not here to provide free consulting.
