Every element of the experience is curated to reduce intimidation and build trust, from highly trained instructors and beginner-friendly class formats to thoughtful amenities and a welcoming, down-to-earth approach to coaching. Micro Moves is a place where you can walk in knowing nothing and still belong. Where the experience is refined and luxe, but never exclusive or out of reach.
