EōS is forcing active, paying members to create a brand-new app account just to keep checking into the gym they already pay for. This feels less like an upgrade and more like a forced mechanism to make existing members click 'agree' to a new, invasive privacy policy they never signed up for originally. The app demands tracking, third-party analytics, and device telemetry far beyond what a check-in tool requires. Worse, their AI chatbot terms state that user inputs are stored permanently and cannot be deleted. Stop forcing members to choose between accessing their gym and protecting their privacy. Please provide physical key fobs or a lightweight, non-tracking web check-in alternative.

I only used to use the old app for tracking my training sessions but they pulled the plug on it so now we’re forced to use this bad excuse for a gym app. Their calendar sucks and their main focus is trying to get you to sign up for training sessions and to “connect to the community?” I’m super disappointed.
