Bloom is a coffee timer and journal for your daily brewing routine. Keep track of your beans, follow step-by-step recipes, and remember what made each cup work.

YOUR COFFEE SHELF Record roast dates, origins, tasting notes, purchase prices, and your rating of each coffee. Set the remaining weight for a part-used bag and compare its price per 100 g. Flavor Windows estimate freshness from roast type and age.

SCAN AND REVIEW COFFEE BAGS Photograph multiple bags and several sides of each bag. Bloom processes labels on your device and prepares details for you to review and correct before saving. Scanning requires iOS 26 or later. Compatible devices with Apple Intelligence available use on-device AI; when the model is unavailable, supported systems use text recognition. On older iOS versions, add details manually. Scanning can miss or misread details, so check the result against your bag.

GUIDED BREWING Create or import recipes, follow timed steps, and keep variants for your experiments. Start a brew from a coffee to carry that bag into the timer. Each grinder remembers its last setting, and you can choose a default grinder.

JOURNAL AND INVENTORY Finishing a brew saves a journal entry and updates the coffee's remaining weight. Add your assessment now or later. Record taste, notes, dose, and output, then use Brew Coach suggestions to plan your next cup. Detailed cupping adds aroma and taste assessments, flavor tags, and a radar chart.

MAKE IT YOURS Track equipment and caffeine intake, choose a color palette in light or dark mode, and use Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets.
