Archive is a purely local collection management tool designed for collectors. It lets you manually enter item details (name, category, brand, series, and purchase info), attach photos, and assign custom item numbers. All data stays on your device, with local backup and recovery—no cloud sync and no data uploads.

Five status markers (In Stock, In Transit, Under Repair, Displayed, Stored) keep items visible at a glance. Dual views (card and list) and long-press quick edits make organization easy. Flexible categorization, powerful filtering, notes, reminders, offline storage, and privacy-first sharing complete the toolkit. Subscriptions are optional and billed via the App Store; the app can be used for free without subscribing.
