WHAT IT DOES
- Public booking page at app.inkledger.app/book/yourname. Share the link in your Instagram bio. Clients pick a time, fill details, pay a deposit, done.
- Deposits to your own Stripe account via Stripe Connect Express. Optional — run the whole app without Stripe if you want.
- Design approval by magic link. Upload the design, client taps approve or asks for changes from their phone. SMS and email, no app install on their end.
- Bookkeeping built in. Every deposit, remaining balance, refund, and tip auto-logs. Monthly and quarterly revenue. VAT breakdown. CSV export your accountant will actually accept.
- EU tax-native. Built-in handling for NL, DE, ES, FR, BE, and GB, including the Dutch KOR small-business VAT exemption.
- Multi-currency. Pick any Stripe-supported currency. Historical bookings keep their original currency if you ever switch.
- Bilingual: Dutch and English. Auto-detected, manually switchable. Client emails and SMS go out in the language you set.
- Reschedule and cancellation requests need your approval before anything changes. No surprise holes in the calendar.
- Push and email for every status change, for you and your client.

WHO IT'S FOR

WHY NOT THE OTHERS
