The Yoga Dance Co. is a movement studio in Glendora, California specializing in aerial yoga, aerial dance, circus arts, strength training, and confidence-building programs for children, teens, and adults.

Our studio blends creativity, athleticism, and community to create a space where students can grow physically and mentally. From beginner-friendly aerial hammock classes to advanced hoop (lyra), silks, and performance training, we offer progressive programming designed to build strength, coordination, flexibility, and self-trust.
