Available on smartphones and tablets, the app enables users to create comprehensive inspection reports supported by multimedia elements such as pictures, videos, and interactive diagrams to accurately pinpoint the location and extent of vehicle damages. This visual approach enhances transparency and communication among operators, customers, and service centers. Inspect App maintains a complete condition history of each inspected vehicle, allowing easy comparison between current and previous inspections. This feature helps quickly identify new damages, verify repair history, and analyze related costs.

The app supports digital signatures, enabling the collection of authorizations, validations, or consents directly from Customers or operators, simplifying the process and reducing paper usage. Upon completion of the inspection, a customized and detailed report can be automatically emailed.
