The Section E9 Conclave 2026 app is the official digital companion for the Order of the Arrow's signature public event in Eastern Region Section 9, putting the full Conclave experience in the palm of your hand.

Eastern Region Section 9 serves the six Virginia-based Scouting America Councils and their six respective Order of the Arrow lodges, covering most of the Commonwealth of Virginia and portions of West Virginia, North Carolina, Maryland, and Pennsylvania. Every year, these lodges come together at Conclave for fellowship, competition, training, and the traditions that define the OA experience.

Works Offline - Camp signal is famously unreliable. The app caches your schedule and content locally so it works even when the cell towers don't cooperate.

Real-Time Updates - When you're connected, the app syncs instantly, pushing announcements, schedule changes, and program updates from event staff directly to your device.
