Vinyasa Yoga Vinyasa Yoga is a gradual progression that connects one pose to another, unifying breath and movement for a smooth flow. Vinyasa helps build strength and flexibility, improve lung function, and increase mobility. Also helps with calming and relaxing, and reducing stress.
